With the month closing in just a couple of days, the monthly challenge for June cannot exactly be anything that would be habit building or that would take weeks to complete. Or rather, I should probably carry this challenge into July to allow enough time and not rush matters. Eventually, these challenges will be public and will be shared with readers. However, this first one (since the site has not yet been made public) will remain a personal challenge, and it is the challenge myself to do one thing that I’ve been putting off — whether it’s writing a thank you note or dusting the shelves. This may seem like cheating since this blog in essence is that; rather, I am using the blog as inspiration for this personal challenge (especially since it is still private). The goal should be to finish this challenge by the end of July. In addition, no matter what I select to finish — and trust me, my husband and I have a number of projects that we could try to finalize and scratch off our to-do list (such as painting our shed, hanging some pictures, planting some flowers, sending some thank you notes) — I will continue to work on the bones of this blog and aim to launch it by August 1. Let the challenge begin!
